Acceptance and permitted use

By using HeadBallGame, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. If you cannot legally accept them on your own, a parent or guardian should review them with you.

You may use the website for personal, lawful entertainment. You may not disrupt the service, bypass security, automate abusive requests, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

Games and third-party content

Some games and media are created, hosted or supplied by independent parties. Their availability, controls, data practices and terms may differ. HeadBallGame may add, update, categorize, restrict or remove listings without promising permanent availability. See the Disclaimer for additional limitations.

Ratings, comments and display names

Submissions must be relevant, honest and lawful. Do not post threats, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, personal information, spam, deceptive promotion, malicious links or infringing content. Display names must not impersonate a person or organization. We may reject, hide or remove submissions and limit repeated activity to protect the community.

Favorites and sharing

Favorites are normally stored in your browser and may disappear if storage is cleared, blocked or moved to another device. Sharing tools provide a page link or QR code; you are responsible for choosing recipients and using device sharing services appropriately.

Availability and changes

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free games, compatibility with every device, preservation of browser-local data or accuracy of all third-party information.
